For those who love Christmas - no matter how crazy it is!
Christmas has always been my favorite time of year. It's busy and it's crazy, but it can be magical. I get to wander the toy stores and pretend to be a kid again while I browse all the newest and silliest new toys and rediscover some old favorites. I get a great feeling when I find just that perfect gift for someone - something I just know they'll love. Everything sparkles and people of all ages are feeling that familiar air of excitement - especially the children. Lights glow, tinsel glitters, and people laugh. No matter how busy or crazy it gets, I will always love that special time of year.

Quick Inexpensive Christmas Gift - Snowman Soup
Here's an idea for a quick personalized Christmas gift that you can make very inexpensively.
Snowman Soup
Materials per person:
1 mug
1 candy cane
1 baggie of miniature marshmallows
1 package of instant hot chocolate
Place the candy cane, marshmallows, and hot chocolate into the cup, wrap it with cellophane and a nice ribbon, and tie a tag on the side which reads:
"Was told you've been real good this year.
Always glad to hear it.
With freezing weather drawing near,
You'll need to warm the spirit.
So here's a little snowman soup
Complete with stirring stick.
Add hot water, sip it slow,
It's sure to do the trick."
White chocolate mix would work great for this and add a more elegant touch. You can get a great snowman mug such as this one:
or use any kind of mug the person would like. (Visit PR Prints for a great selection of mugs.)

- I love your lens. What a fantastic page. My favorite Christmas memory is my childhood dog "guarding" the presents under the tree. He thought they were his and no one was going to take them away from him.

- Mine was going up to my grandmother's every Christmas Eve. My brother and I would sing Silent Night for her, then open our presents. Most years, there was a good foot of snow, and she had a huge hill out back, so there was usually sledding, too. Good times. ^_^
