I'm a self-taught cake decorator, who decorated plenty of cakes over the past 5 years, which I would like to share with you. Wether you're a cake decorator, beginner or experienced or "just" someone who would like to see some of my work, I'm sure there's something for everyone.
And YES, the "Turkey" pictured here is actually a cake...

I did this 3D snowman *(idea from a Wilton book) for my husband's company christmas party. A 50th Birthday cake
This was the cake for a former Boss of mine. The cake was a ring mold with basketweave, added sugar "ice cubes" and a small bottle of champagne. Shrek
This was my son's 5th Birthday cake, since he was very much into Shrek that year. Thank god it only had to be transported from the kitchen to the dining table... I'm not sure if it would have made it anywhere else in one piece. Another Thanksgiving turkey...
