Cream Puff Recipe -- Crunchy Puff Shells
Here are some tips for preparing the puff shell dough.- Add all the flour at once -- this is important because otherwise, the dough will become lumpy.
- Use eggs at room temperature -- this makes the batter smoother.
- Add the egg little by little -- this is really important. Wait until the liquid is soaked up before adding more egg.

Hmmm... my friends love the cream puffs.
They are soft and sweet. It's best to prepare and eat them freshly. If you want to store them for longer, you can freeze the shells and the pastry cream separately. Before filling the puff shells again, mix the cream gently to get back the smooth consistency.
