    Sounds wonderful! I'm a big fan of chilled cucumber soup, so I think I would like this cucumber salad, too.

    I will have to try this. I love cucumbers but don't think I have ever had the Creamy Cucumber Salad. It sure looks and sounds delicious.

    This sounds delicious, and a great recipe to try with summer coming. I think it would work well with zuchinni as well.

    My husband family is originally from Europe and they introduced me to the creamy cucumber salad. I feel in love with it right away.

    We eat lots of cucumbers a variety of ways. This takes me back to my childhood in that grandma always made creamed cucumbers with sour cream. We've never made them in chunks, but thin slices. One of my favorites!
