- I love the addition of bay...have done a very simple cream pasta sauce with bay that is wonderful. 5*, faved, and rolling this to Main Dish Potato Gratin.

- I'm one of those strange vegetarians so I'd have to use a substitute for the chicken stock -but otherwise great! I love potatoes in any form.

- Hi Brenda -- this is a particular favorite of mine evoking memories of childhood with the creamiest of HOMEMADE potatoes -- back then in the dark ages, I don't believe you got these in a package. I'd have to research the history on that to be sure. So, I've noticed that you've added 'best-ever' to your recipe lenses. What a great idea! ;)

Thank you so much for blessing my Lost Theories lens Brenda! Maybe if you have the time you'll want to start over and begin with watching season one, Lost is so great and the theories make it even better. At least that's what I think. Of course I know there are many people who just watch the show and never bother about the many backgrounds. Thanks again!

- Scalloped potatoes have always been one of my favorites. Mom made them best and I've never been able to totally duplicate hers. Your recipe sounds wonderful! Thanks for adding this lens to my recipe lensography plexo!
