Life is What You Make of It

I had always thought life just happened. But then I started looking at people who seemed to "have it all." I began to ask questions - why them? what are they doing different than I am?

The biggest thing I found out was attitude and planning. All the successful people I talked to had a differnt attitude than the majority of people. They truly believed that they could have it all. They didn't expect it to just happen, it wasn't luck. It was planning and work and deep faith.

Working Toward Your Dream

One step at a time

What do you do each day to get you closer to your dream? Are you taking steps to acheive your dream, or are you walking around it, never really getting any closer?

One of the other things I discovered when studying successful people was that once they identified their dream, they took a step towards that dream. It may have been a little step or it may have been a huge leap. Either way, they made forward progress. They took a step forward every day. Even when something didn't work out, successful people don't look at it as a failure, just simply an elimination of what doesn't work.

What step can you take today to get you one step closer to your dream? Let us know!

Do you Have the Winning Attitude?

It starts with a dream.

The most successful people in life never doubt that they can achieve their dreams and goals. I was once told that a goal is nothing more than a dream with a date.

Every person that I talked with that considered themselves successful had taken a dream and written it down. They used every sense to describe their dream - sight, smell, touch, taste and feel. They could live it fully in their mind and on paper. When someone read their dream vision - THEY could live it, feel it, etc. It because tangible in the mind. It made it real.

This was the number one thing that kept many people going to acheive their dream. By being able to make it real, in their minds, there was no reason it couldn't happen. They KNEW it was possible.

Wht is your dream? Write it out. Make it real!

You listed 3 things that are truly
important:planning, work and faith. Yet it has to be done with perserverence. I believe you will make it with these things in place. Great lens for this topic.

You asked me for a favor and I understand why as I am a squidoo master. I know your trying to build a google ranking by getting comments posted on your lens. One reccommendation:

You lens is too short and doesnt have enough information. Every week or even every day you need to be updating and adding new content to your page.

If you want to see what a first page top ranked in google lens looks like check out mine at http://www.squidoo.com/acnrep

This is my first visit to anyone's Squidoo page, and it's in response to your request on Direct Matches. So, I think it's great! The only suggestion I would make is.... in my email response back on Direct Matches, where I believe your profile is listed at http://www.directmatches.com/spiderstuff, right? Keep up the great work! Also, I don't know if you get any sort of credit if I get my own Squidpage through you, but I'll be back to add one soon.

Mine is written down, pictured and any and all to constantly remind if my "WHY" I have a home based business. I kept that my reality until it was. I work 100% from home now and haven't looked back at that thing I dreaded going to each and every weekday morning - that "Just Over Broke" JOB.

Great info: Attitude determines our Altitude - Just how high we want to go. A person with a great attitude can be knocked down 7 times and be found getting up 8 times. He/She is not a quitter because they know that "Winners Never Quit and Quitters Never Win". The only way to truly fail is a four letter word - QUIT.....
