Creating Your Own eBook
Your own ebook product line can put you miles ahead of the competition when it comes to making money online.
However, if you're like most online marketers, it will literally take hundreds of hours of your time, not to mention thousands of dollars to create a complete product line. Here is a step by step plan outlining how to create your own product in the quickest way possible.
What You Need To Do
7 Essential Steps
If you don't already have a niche area you're focusing on, you can start by considering topics that you have some interest in. Browse the search engines, visit forums and sites like Clickbank and eBay to see what type of demand there is for that
niche.
Step #2: Find the Content
Use Private Label Rights (PLR) content as much as possible. It's an affordable way to get some really unique content you can use as your own. There are lots of sources of PLR so do some research to find a few that will give you a variety of information on the same topic.
Step #3: Decide how you'll use the content
There are many different types of products that you can create. Have several options at different price points so that your customers have a good selection to choose from. By offering different types of products, your customers will more than likely purchase more than one product. When using PLR content, you can easily take articles and combine them to create a special report, ebook or mini-course. For higher end products, record them to create audio products or have them printed.
If you want to do something different with a great PLR ebook you found, you can add to it with additional articles or event bundle it with audio products! Creativity is the key. Think about your target audience and what will be of interest to
them.
Step #4: Combine content to creat a unique product
Combining related PLR content is a great way to create a unique product. Although others have access to the same content, how you choose to combine them will be something that only you do.
Step #5: Add some of your own touch
It's not necessary to rewrite everything if you combined PLR content from several sources. In order to engage your customers, you can add your own personal touch. All you need to do is write an opening and closing letter giving your spin on the information presented.
Step #6: Get some feedback
It's a good idea to have a spouse, friend or colleague to read over your product before releasing it to the public. Better yet, if you can get a potential customer to review and give you feedback, you may even get a few testimonials that you can use in your marketing materials.
Step #7: Put together a sales letter
PLR content sometimes come with a pre-written sales letter. If you have added other content to the original one, you will need to modify the sales letter to include the additional information. You may even choose to write your own sales letter
that highlights the benefits of your product.
By repeating these 7 steps for each product at different price points, you will eventually have a complete product line. It doesn't get any easier than that!
