What Part of Creating a Niche Website Is Most Difficult For You?
There are many reasons that people don't get started making niche sites. The main reason I hear is, "It's too hard! I won't be able to do it!"
I am trying to identify exactly what part it is that folks think is just to darn difficult so I can expand more on that part and show others just how UN-complicated it all is.

Think about it.... learning how to do anything online probably appeared difficult at first, right? Learning how to make a free blog or Squidoo lens probably seemed WAY confusing when you first started, right? But now you got THAT going on.

Ok, yeah, that was a bit hypey....sorry! But it IS true. Once you make these sites, you are DONE. The WORK is finished.... but the sites will keep making you money for as long as you keep them online.
That IS 'autopilot', isn't it? :)
What IS a Niche Website?
This is the thinking process for niche markets online:
Big Market: Cars
Smaller Market: Used Cars
Even-Smaller: Used Cars For Sale
Smaller Yet: Cheap Used Cars For Sale
With a Niche Website, you would target the 'smaller yet' keywords that people look for online. In this case, you would create a small (5 page or so) website for the niche market of those that are looking for cheap used cars for sale.
If the website does well, there is always room to expand and make a bigger and more authority site about used cars for sale - or even used cars in general, but your niche site starts out by targeting a niche market that is looking to buy those cheap used cars for sale.

Wait, Did You Say a FIVE Page Site? That's ALL?
Yes, thats all! There is no need to make a starter niche website any bigger. You want to 'zero in' on a small market, give them the specific info they are looking for...and then send them on their way, thru YOUR affiliate links, to BUY the products they want or need.
It is NOT 'too hard'!

- After getting a host, you should now choose a website builder, which will give you everything you need when it comes to setting up your site (in terms of design). You can download website building software across the web and upload it to your host via FTP, or when your host provides you with auto install scripts, then it would be easier to set up the site.
