Creative Party Theme Ideas

Having a dinner party is fun. Adding a theme is better. Getting creative with your party theme ideas is even better.

Let's get Creative!

Creative Party Theme ideas to make your party fabulous!

So how do we make a dinner party fabulous! Add a theme of course.

Don't just add a boring theme though - we've all been to a "P" party or a Black and White party. While I love these themes why not add a bit of creativity to make them event better.

How? you ask.

For a simple dinner party with a few friends over, choose a color, this will help with your invites and decorations (decorations can be as simple as a table decoration, placemats, napkins). Add a printed menu and a small party favor to make your dinner party memorable for your guests.

Having a special occasion party? Make it creative by combining a few themes. Have a 60's Pool Party, not just a pool party. Try a 70's Fondue party, you get the idea.

Another way is to choose a theme that can be a lot of fun and with a bit of research you'll have all the ideas you need. Try the 20's - do a bit of searching and you'll find: Speakeasies, gangsters, flapper dresses, bathtub gin. Decorate the party room like a Speakeasy (bar), get the guests to dress up in 20's outfits, make some bathtub gin cocktails... all the ideas you need covered with a bit of research.

Have a Christmas in July party - celebrate with the climate like the other side of the world! Christmas in summer or winter instead.
