For 15 years, New York City-based Dave Fletcher has pursued the renaissance approach to graphic design, exploring a wide range of media, including print, video, photography and interactive design. Dave has developed identity and branding systems, promotional materials, environmental graphics, packaging and publication designs for a wide range of clients, and has earned recognition from numerous creative associations.

His philosophy of information delivery through the creative process has been discussed in international business publications, including Office.com and Information Week, and his input has frequently been sought after by I.D., The International Design Magazine and HOW.

Dave founded the maxi-media design firm, themechanism with two partners, Chris Gavin and Russell Warner in 2001. themechanism has worked with a large number of multi-faceted clients including The Ansari X PRIZE, GIANT Magazine and VH1, to name a few.

Dave Fletcher was a featured judge in I.D.'s 2001 Interactive Media Design Review, and the 2003 HOW Design Interactive Annual. He has spoken extensively as a keynote and general speaker, as well as in panel discussions for HOW Magazine and AIGA. Dave also serves on the HOW Conference Advisory Board.
