There is some basic information you will need to provide for your application; name, date of birth, social security number, address, home phone number, and if you rent or own your place of residency. You will also need to tell them your employment and financial information including; company name, business phone number, annual household income, income source(s), if you have a checking and/or savings account. This is all the information a bank will ask for when you fill out a personal credit card application.

A small business application is pretty similar but some additional information is required. They use all of the personal information, and they need your business address, what industry your business is in, how many years you have been in operation, federal tax id, and annual business revenue. A corporate application is a little more complex and can't be completed over the Internet. You will need to fill out some basic info; name, email address, company name, your position, address, and phone number. A representative from the bank will then contact you to discuss your options.
