Playing It Safe 

Are you wanting to make a criminal public records search? Maybe you are willing to give an ex-con a fair go. But you want to KNOW that's what you are doing, right?

And lets face it, not everyone with a criminal background intends to go straight. Maybe they want to take advantage of your business setting to use their particular "skill set". In which case they are not going to tell you about their criminal background, are they?

Whatever their motive, we need to know the real facts about the backround of anyone we do business with, or employ. Sadly, this is true even of people we think are friends. So its a relief to know we can easily and discretely make a criminal public records search.

I would now NEVER go into a business arrangement - even with someone I regard as a friend - without first checking criminal public records. 

I use the court registry service to do background checks these days. If you want to do a background check, I recommend you use the criminal public records service I use.

But Did You Know That Background Checks Are A Necessity Not A Luxury 

We all know about PI's. But I, for one, did not realize there was something called the "screening industry". Nor that they are widely used to get criminal background checks to pre-screen job candidates, tenants, vendors and even volunteers.

Apparently there has been a huge growth in this industry that stems, in large part, from the growth of claims alleging that an employer, organization or association was negligent for hiring or retaining an individual who subsequently engages in violence.

In other words, an organization can actually be held responsible if its employee ortenant, or volunteer engages in violence. So that makes getting a background check a necessity NOT a whim!
