    i caught a fish last april and it looked kind freeky im talkin like a mutant from a movie i cant find it any where it was silver and kinda looked like a long legless frog. i bout busted a gut laughin when i caught a stupid crab on it when i used it for bait. i used the crab for bait and caught the freeky mutant fish any body got a comment

    Yep, I remember croaker fishing at the NC coastal in my youth. But we were always gong for big ole black bass ! Congrads on Squidoo level 56. Am going for my next. What is creativity ? Thanks.

    when I was a kid and caught my first croaker I thought it was the coolest fish the way it makes those deep sounds, kinda scared me at first though....:)RWJR

    Great lens! Three of us filled up a cooler full of croakers a couple weekends ago at Gloucester Point Pier. We had a blast!

    Croaker make awesome bait for Speckled trout and redfish, although nothing beats the thrill of watching a trout of redfish blow up a top water lure. I prefere fishing with artificial baits, but if conditions are right for that, croaker are my preferred natural bait for trout and reds.

    Nice lens. I also like fishes, I used to breed freshwater fishes, specifically cichlids.

    Nice Lens! Croaker are fun to catch and can be great action for young fishermen.

    Interesting information. My favorite fishing is for catfish and that can be quite exciting.
