Well put together lens. Definitely liking this. Time to get my yarn and hooks out. Forgot how easy it was to crochet nice little gifts. Will have to get busy and add some of my crochet projects also. Big Thanks!

This is what I've been looking for, as I view my collection of woven dishcloths with holes in the center of each one. thanks!

Awesome. Glad you were able to find what you were looking for. Tighter weave crochet fabric makes it so you can really reuse the dishcloths over and over again.

What a great idea for a quick and simple dishcloth! Thanks so much for sharing!

@suburbanprairiehomemaker It is a real simple dishcloth pattern. Super quick to make too.

Fabulous! One of the first things I ever crocheted was a dish cloth for my mother! I had totally forgotten this fast and simple project. Angel Blessed

How about a pattern for crocheting the loop to hang a dish towel in the kitchen. I've seen these and they usually fasten with a button.

I will put that on my squidoo topics list. Are you speaking of the kitchen towel tops or just the little loop on the end of the dish cloth so you can hang it? I see it might be the kitchen towel top you are referring to - Craftyville has a lens that has a video tutorial for this http://www.squidoo.com/crochet-towel-topper-patterns Hope that helps.

This looks complicated to do but the finish product looks great! I wish can do it, too! Have to watch the video a couple more times. Fantastic lens! Sundae ;-)

It really isn't. It is only two stitches - single crochet and half double [you could also do a double crochet] and that is it. Repeat throughout the entire piece. Hope you find the time to learn - thanks for stopping by.

looks just about like the pattern that I use to crochet the ones I make.
I don't have any lenses that are dedicated to just crochet--darn it.

Maybe you should start one? Squidoo always has room for more lensmasters - especially ones who are crafty with yarn
