Listen to - "Frosty The Snowman"

Frosty the snowman with lyrics

A winter song from america Lyrics: Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul With a corncob pipe and a button nose And two eyes made out of coal Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale they say He was made of snow but the children Know how he came to life one day There must have been some magic in that Old silk hat they found For when they placed it on his head He began to dance around O Frosty the snowman Was alive as he could be And the children say he could laugh And play just the same as you and me Thumpetty thump thump Thumpety thump thump Look at Frosty go Thumpetty thump thump Thumpety thump thump Over the hills of snow Frosty the snowman knew The sun was hot that day So he said "Let's run and We'll have some fun Now before I melt away " Down to the village With a broomstick in his hand Running here and there all Around the square saying Catch me if you can He led them down the streets of town Right to the traffic cop And he only paused a moment when He heard him holler "Stop!" For Frosty the snow man Had to hurry on his way But he waved goodbye saying "Don't you cry I'll be back again some day " Thumpetty thump thump Thumpety thump thump Look at Frosty go Thumpetty thump thump Thumpety thump thump Over the hills of snow

A Snowman Story

MAKING A SNOWMAN
About making a snowman -
- about smiles are important
- about everyone's special in their own way
- about taking time to do happy things.

Form a snowball of heavy, somewhat moist snow. Place the ball on the ground and start to roll it along so it gathers more snow, becoming larger and larger - it's sort of like when you give someone a smile and they pass the smile along to someone else and pretty soon a whole group of people are smiling. Smiles are very special.

After the ball of snow is the size you want, place a second ball on top of the first one and then a third for the head. Accessories can be added, if desired. Snowmen come in all shapes and sizes,
just like the people we know. It doesn't matter a bit what they look like because each one is very special in its own way - just like the people we meet every day.

Snowmen don't stay around very long - they come and go. Sometimes we remember having made a snowmen a long time ago, like if it was made with special playmates or if Mom came out and took a picture of all of us. Doing fun things can create special
memories. Take time for happy things each day.
