About www.karensvariety.com

Hello! My name is Karen Lonergan and I am the sole proprietor of a patterns store, Karens Variety. I live by a lake in beautiful Ontario, Canada, with my husband and my dog, Scully. I have two grown boys.

I have always dabbled in all kinds of crafts with my special interest being in knitting and crochet. Once I discovered the world through the internet, I realized that this was my opportunity to run my own business. Since I had a huge assortment of old pattern books which I inherited from my grandmothers (who were both immigrants), I set up shop in the area of crafts.

I have met people from all over the world through my store and will always be fascinated with the ease of speaking to others who are so far away. A far cry from my father's morse code and tower.

I am always available by email and make every attempt to make your purchase as easy as possible.
