11 Easy Steps To Get That Beach Body ASAPPPPPP!
I used this method myself, and if you do this, you have my word it will work in time for summer.

- Building a lean physique is most importantly decided in the morning. Eating a big breakfast every single morning is key into keeping your muscle while losing fat.
Aim for 5-10 egg whites, wheat toast, and a serving of fruit. preferably oranges or blueberries.
The best way to measure this is the amount that fits into the palm of your hand.
Save the rest for a snack later on.
Do this every day from here on out first and foremost. - Next, you are going to need to get some supplements if you do not already have them.

You are going to drink two protein shakes a day. Once IMMEDIATELY after your workout.

You must get approx. a gram and 1/2 of protein for every pound that you weigh.
Keep your diet sensible, and keep out fast food obviously, along with other low protein high carb foods.
However, if the food has a high protein content, you can eat it. Starving yourself to disgusting foods wll not only throw your diet off,
but your motivation for your goal will start to fail.
-Eat food you enjoy, but make sure the protein is higher! - Now that your diet and supplement diet is set up for you to get that beach body, let's look at your supplements you will need to take and when you will need to take them each day...and why.
