- Finally found a relatively good look alike actually called Crumpets in Walmart which are absolutely delicious with VEGEMITE! Thanks for posting the recipe too. Must try my own. You are a total crumpoholic!

- Ohhhh I love crumpets, especially when I am on a diet and can't eat them. I really enjoyed this lens, the crumpets in literature is particularly inspired. Thanks for writing this, I have a craving for them now!

- The only thing missing in this incredibly impressive website is the misery induced by a little thing we like to call the DRINKING MAN'S CRUMPET, bane of our lives. This particular form of crumpet does little for the digestive system, however for the ex husbands, she is the ultimate digestive buscuit...the virtual Queen of Crumpets, master of fish fingers, and well versed in the art pouring cask wine with enthusiasm and verve.
