Earth's Destruction is Upon Us...Only You Stand In The Way
As with Crytek's previous game Far Cry, Crysis is an open-ended game with many ways to meet objectives. An addition to the previous Far Cry formula is that most weapons may be modified with devices such as suppressors, telescopic sights, and targeting lasers.
The protagonist, callsign Nomad, is also capable of selecting various modes in his military prototype "Nano Muscle Suit." The suit is capable of four modes: armor (absorbing and healing damage), strength (allowing for stronger melee attacks, higher jumping, and lifting and throwing heavy objects, including enemies), speed, and cloak (providing minimization of visibility and generated noise). A: The video isn't about how good Crysis or Cryengine2 is but it was actually made simply because I liked the look of lots of boxes flying around and structures collapsing etcetera and thought other people might like to see this also.
