Hello and welcome to my lens on collecting the Smurfs

I have been collecting The Smurfs since 2006,and have a grand total of 85!!

I have liked the smurfs ever since I first saw them in a collecters shop.

Here are some reasons why I like Collecting Smurfs

1.You can let your imagination run wild by playing with them.

2.They are all affordable (£2.99.p here in Europe)

3.There are so much to collect you can't stop.

So who created them?

a man named PEYO.Unfortunally PEYO died in 1992.The smurfs were an original idea from his comics(he made all sorts of comics before he thought of The Smurfs.

When were the smurfs on TV?

the Smurfs were on TV in the late 1960's.There were only ever 430 episodes of the animated seris spreading out over 4 or 5 seasons.The BBC were the Broadcasters of the seris.

The Smurfs Movie

next year The Smurfs are hitting the Big Screen With a full Trilogy Of movies.

The First is due to come out in November 2009,The rest have not got a realise date.

The Difference from the cartoon is That the Smurfs will be switching To the 3D world of Hollywood productions.

Happy 50th anniversary 2008

The smurfs are celebrateing their 50th anniversary

in 2008.There will be carnivals and thousends of

Parties world wide.This Year Schleich have realised

8 party smurfs,on sale January 2008.The Smurfs

show the theme of The celibration.I as all the

Other Smurfs Fans will be celibrating in October

2008.
