Fish Marinade 

Enter a New Dimension of Cooking

Watch this DVD which explains all the steps so you can see exactly how to make this fish marinade as well as others. DVD on Cuban Cooking
  • 1 Head Garlic Crushed with salt
  • All Purpose Seasoning
  • Oregano to taste
  • Juice and Pulp of 8-10 Limes

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Coat fish with all the marinade.

  • 1lb Cleaned Black Beans
  • 1 Diced Green or Red Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Cumin
  • Salt

  1. Soak beans for 1 hour and cook for 30 minutes (Optional-add ham hock)
  2. Sauté the onions, peppers, garlic and cumin in oil.
  3. When beans are cooked add the mixture to the beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with steamed rice
