Cuisinart Multiclad Cookware

Best cookware I have ever owned! This cookware is beautiful for starters. It has a near mirror shine. It conducts heat extremely well. Even on an electric stove the pots and pans heat quickly and have to be kept on medium or low settings, which will save a little on energy expenditures. They clean really easily and have metal handles that stay cool during cooking. I have yet to cook a recipe that requires going from the stove to the oven, but like having this versatility available. If there is anything bad about this cookware it would be getting use to adjusting my cooking temperatures to their high heat conductivity and retention.

Multiclad is great! Have enjoyed this cookware immensely. Easy to keep clean, either vinegar for rainbows or Bon Ami Cleanser for stuck on food. Just remember to cook at lower temperatures. Stainless steel handles stay cool to touch. I would highly recommend this product.

This set ROCKS!!!! Wife and I could not be any happier. I did a great deal of research to find the best price/function. This set greatly exceeded expectations. Aluminum core up the sides makes a big difference. Our weekly pasta sauce no longer sticks to the bottom. Heating is very even and quick. Stay away from Non-stick. It eventually falls apart and you're stuck with junk! We had Calphalon Non-stick but it wore out after about 5 years. Honestly, cleaning these pans is NO problem whatsoever and are dishwasher safe although I have chosen to hand wash with little to no difficulty. You won't be disappointed.
