Hey, my mom had a Sunbeam Mixmaster back in the 1950s. It's still one of the great mixers. Take the wear and tear off your arm and let the Mixmaster do the work.

My Party Recipe - Tiny Cheesecakes
This is really easy to make. Take a cupcake pan and put the liners in it. Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom. Stir up a box mix for instant cheesecake (any brand, just follow the box instructions). You want the kind that doesn't have to be baked. Put the cheesecake on top of the vanilla wafers. Put them in the fridge to set.
Before serving, put cherry pie filling or blueberry pie filling on top.

Black Bottom Cupcakes
You will need 2-3oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened1 plus 1/3 cup sugar plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1 egg
6-oz. chocolate chips
1&1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 18 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and egg, mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips, set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add water, oil and vinegar and vanilla, beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Fill prepared muffin cups half full; top each with a Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar and chopped nuts.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is light golden brown.
Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans and cool on wire rack. Makes 18 cupcakes. Refrigerate leftovers.
