Easy To Make Delicious Cute Cupcake Recipe

Delicious cupcake ideas

Ingredients:

* 4 cups all purpose flour
* 1 1/3 cups sugar
* 3 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup shortening
* 1 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line Cupcake Pans with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Add shortening, milk, and vanilla.

Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.

Scrape side of bowl with a spatula.

Add eggs to the mixture. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape bowl again.

Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.

Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire.

Baking cupcakes is one of my favorite things to do with my family. My daughter and I bake cookies, cupcakes and cakes mostly every week!

But to make cupcakes or any baking goody, we need to get organized and have all the essential tools for baking.

Decorating Your Delicious Cupcake

1. Whip the eggs whites in the bowl of a mixer
until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and corn
syrup to a boil. With the mixer on low speed,
add the sugar mixture to the eggs very slowly!
continue to mix until the egg/sugar mixture
has cooled to a lukewarm temp, since adding
butter to the mixture while hot will melt your
butter too fast and make a big melted mess.
3. Add the butter only three cubes at a time.
Only add more butter when you cannot see the
butter that was previously added. Whip until
it is creamy.
4. Apply a small amount of frosting to the cupcake
and spread out all over the top and sides of
the cupcake. Use only enough frosting to barely
coat the cupcake. It is okay to get crumbs in
this layer of frosting.
5. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or until the
frosting has dried/set.

frosting)
