    Hi, I like your lens on yeast infections! I have been trying to determine if I have one, but according to the symptoms I am seeing described everywhere, I don't think I do. I am thinking I might have a food allergy..:( Those are no fun to figure out either! My interest in yeast infections have led me to put up a small site about it: http://cureforyeastinfection.us The site is still brand new, I am adding more to it soon ;) Just thought it tied in nicely with the lens you have here! Keep up the good work!

    yes, I agree with you about drinking water. Water can help alot of our problems. But we just seem to have such a hard time drinking it! nice lens.

    Yes, I have found changing to a yeast infection diet was key to dealing with the problem as well. Generally speaking, I have cut out fizzy drinks,sugar,sweets and beer and working on the white bread and white rice.
