Panic Away + A Few Other Things

Is there really a cure for panic attacks? Most definitely there is and it's called Panic Away. a revolutionary method for re-training your brain not to experience panic. It's truly a phenomenol program.

But, before I get into a discussion of Panic Away I want to talk about a few other simple ways to defeat panic attacks that are not emphasized in the Panic Away program. They are nutrition, exercise, and emotional connectedness.

Emotions, Exercise, & Diet

First nutrition. You are what you eat, so you must work on your diet to some degree. I'm not saying you need to be a Nazi about it, just clean it up a bit.

Eat more fruits and vegetables and eat more protein for starters. Did you know that neurotransmitters are made from protein? Yep. These chemicals keep you calm, focused, and motivated. If you don't have enough you are very prone to anxiety and depression. It's a vicious cycle. I recommend getting some protein powder, it's fast, easy, and affordable.

Exercise. You need to increase blood flow to the brain and decrease your stress levels through exercise. Don't even think about telling me that it's too hard or that your don't have time! Do you like panic attacks? Are they fun? Make time and start slowly.

It doesn't matter what you do, just do something and do it consistently. I'd like to see you get up to 4-5 days a week, but 3 is the acceptable minimum. About a half and hour each time and as vigourous as your fitness level allows. Hop to it chickadees!

Emotional connections make life worth living, but not only that they are essential is calming you down. A cure for panic attacks in not complete without close friends and family. Reach out and connect, make an effort.

Schedule social time and share yourself with others. Share your hopes and your dreams, even your fears. In no time at all you'll notice that you're much calmer and more connected to people. Your problems won't seem so overwhelming.

Now, on to an explanation of the Panic Away program. As I said at the beginning of this article, the cure for panic attacks is Panic Away. Here's how it works.

This method trains your brain to switch off panic by moving activity from one area of the brain to another. Your emotional midbrain cools, and your logical forebrain heats up, causing bodily sensations of panic and of "fight or flight" to disappear completely.

Panic Away is not a complete program on it's own but in tandem with the other information provided in the preceding paragraphs, you'll be on your way to not having panic attacks in no time at all.

Your life is about to change for the better and for good!
