n insomnia remedy is something most sufferers would quite happily give their right hand for, Well O.K. Maybe they wouldn't go quite as far as that but it is still something very much sought after. After all Millions and millions of people world wide suffer or have suffered at some time in their life from insomnia, and for those of you who have not then let me tell you, it's not nice. In fact to for me to just say 'it's not nice' is like saying Jesus is just another christian, what I meant to say was "IT'S F*%$£NG AWFULL!!!!!"

Sorry about that, but been a past sufferer I know the hell of been so tired you walk around bumping into things and having conversations with the curtains (jk) so tired yet for some reason it's impossible to fall asleep and when you do manage, your lucky to get 2hrs before 'PING' your wide awake again.

I must have tried an hundred or so, so called 'insomnia remedy' and that's why I wrote this lens, to tell others what worked for me and may also help them find the insomnia remedy that works for them.

hese 5 tips combined can for some people be all the insomnia remedy they need, so have a read and see if you could use applying them in your life.

1) Eat a well balanced diet- Insomnia has been linked to bad diets in recent research. Eating plenty of fruit and veg whole grain foods and white meat spread into 5 small meals a day will apparently work wonders. Foods to avoid are red meat, salt,white flour, fats and junk food.

2) Get regular exercise- Get the blood pumping around your body to improve your blood pressure which is related to stress, a main ingredient in most people suffering from insomnia. A simple 30 minute walk a few times a week should help cure insomnia.

3) Learn to relax- Listening to music, walking on the beach, meditation or whatever it is that helps you relax. Make sure you take time out several times each day to have your own space in which to simply...relax, you deserve it.

4) Drink plenty of water- At least two litres of water a day will help flush your body of toxins and keep you well hydrated and also maintains your body's inner temperature clock which tells your body when to feel alert and when it should be sleepy.

5) Cut back on the cigarettes and booze- Do you really need this explaining, :)
