This is one of the quintessential ways to cure bad breath. All that bacteria that hangs out on your taste buds must be knocked down with your favorite toothpaste.

Another vital step for making bad breath only a memory is to floss. We all have to resort to the filament if we really want to rid our teeth and gums of plaque and tarter build-up that can lead to gingivitis and dragon breath. Flossing daily is a prerequisite.

Then there is the old reliable mouthwash. This is one of the most preferred ways to cure bad breath, and it's certainly one of the easiest. A daily swishing of the teeth and gums is the consummate way to obliterate bacteria and germs that can cause bad breath. What mint-flavored mouthwash is hiding in your medicine cabinet? And it doesn't have to scorch your mouth in order to work well either.

Besides good oral cleanliness, there are a number of other ways to cure bad breath. Take a stroll down the candy isle at any local store. You'll find refreshing chewing gums to sparkling mints galore. Plus you'll have no problem finding some more modern ways to cure bad breath. Be aware of the sugar content though. Make sure to buy reduced sugar or sugar free items to cure bad breath. You want to preserve those pearly whites and prevent cavities. While no one wants sour breath, they do likely prefer a set of healthy choppers.
