Natural Ways To Cure Panic Attacks

I created this lens to help people who might be suffering from panic attacks or other related anxieties. My mother suffered for years from panic attacks - this manifested itself in different ways and lead to her having a very isolated life. She had trouble going out, meeting people and especially shopping. Her ability to travel was severely compromised - she found it very difficult to travel more than about a 2 mile radius from her house.

In my years of trying to help her, I amassed a lot of knowledge about this subject and I hope that by passing as much of it on as I can, some other sufferers might find use and hopefully a way to get their life back on track.
