Migraines are terrible! Stress can bring them on (among other factors). I was no stranger to chronic stress related problems. But I went back to Mama's prescription - flowers! - and they really help me de-stress (hence, my Mothers Day flowers lens). I, too, have the Q1000 and use it daily to restore various places in my body, and to zap arthritis pain. I take amitriptyline daily and am down to about 3 migraines a month from 12 - 15 a month. I still don't know what triggers them as I only began having them about 3 or 4 years ago.

Migraines are awful! Try being blinded with migraine pain for 2-3 days, as my sister was. My shorter term headaches have been excruciating enough. The drugs scare me, though, including the side effects that are only a little better than the headache pain.
