If you want some cures for panic attacks, then you have definitely come to the right spot. You see, there is a big difference between curing and coping. So many people blindly believe that their panic attacks are a necessary evil in their life. They try to live with their panic attacks rather than cure them.

I learned that one of the main reasons that we have panic attacks is because we FEAR having them.

What really gets us into the cycle of having panic attacks is the first one. That one usually comes up because of a high build up of stress. But after we have our first one, it gets us into a cycle of fearing to have another one.

That fear is actually what brings us more panic attacks. That may sound like an extreme concept, but after doing a lot of reading on the nature of thoughts I can now see that it is very much true.

So break the cycle of fear. How?

Accept your panic attacks. Try your best not to worry about them and stop planning for them. For example, in the 4 years that I suffered with panic attacks I got into the bad habit of planning my days around my fear for having a panic attack. I would leave an hour early for work and stay an hour later just to avoid traffic (my panic attacks were worst in the car).

Stop doing these things. Just go throughout your day without even giving one thought to the potential of another panic attack. The best way to train your mind to do this is through meditation.
