How To Budget For A New Custom Trade Show Exhibit

Having established that it is worthwhile for your business to attend trade shows as an exhibitor, then sooner or later you are going to want to upgrade your trade show exhibit. The biggest jump you can make is not from a 10 x 10' space into a 10' x 20' space, but from any sized in-line booth into an island space.

In an island, everything changes because as well as no longer having height limitations, your neighbors are separated from you by isles on all sides! You have room to move about, the ability to set up presentation areas, conference rooms and multiple work stations. How the heck do you go about budgeting for the custom trade show exhibit that you are going to need?

Start by browsing through some internet sites. Not all include pricing on their custom exhibit, but some will. This will provide you with a frame of reference and guide as to what you can expect for $30,000.00 versus $60,000.00. Figure out what elements you need. Lot of large format graphics? Work Stations? Conference or presentation areas?

Once you are clear as to what needed elements you can get within your price range, you've got a budget figure to target.
