Building on a Budget - Retain Your Clients Using Customer Retention Strategy

Retain Clients a Fun and Easy Way!

Customer retention strategy doesn't have to break your budget. It's a proven fact that you lose 10% of your influence over your prospects and loyal clientele for each and every month that you are not in contact.

Who has time to consistently make phone calls to people you have already established a relationship? We all know that only 20% to 25% of our emails get read. With that thought in mind, it's time to come up with a better and more efficient solution.

Customer retention is having a strategy in place to keep the clients you have AND building on relationships that are in their infancy stage. One unique website that I have found to do this is SendOutCards. This is a website that allows you to choose, create and edit a postcard or greeting card, send it from your computer and mailed through the US Post Office and delivered to the recipient's mailbox.

Whether you are sending a thank you note for products purchased or a thank you for the referral card; nothing is more personal than a handwritten note. This is taken care of by the option of having your own handwriting font along with your signature that is kept on file with SendOutCards.

I really enjoy the fact that I can choose from over 13,000 cards or create my own using my personal photos. They have an abundance of borders to choose from along with the option of adding captions, thought or conversation bubbles.

If I have a card that I repeatedly send to people or I want to send a card to a group of people, that's easily handled as well. Create the card once and choose the group you'd like to send it to. SendOutCards will automatically personalize each card with the person's name and with one mouse click, all the cards are sent.

Wouldn't you rather receive a thoughtful, humorous, motivational, or just because card in the mail rather then bills or junk mail we so often receive?

Try it for yourself, don't just take my word! Visit http://www.loveleecards.com
Don't lose another 10% of your influence!
