Who has time to consistently make phone calls to people you have already established a relationship? We all know that only 20% to 25% of our emails get read. With that thought in mind, it's time to come up with a better and more efficient solution.
Customer retention is having a strategy in place to keep the clients you have AND building on relationships that are in their infancy stage.
