Customizing Scrapbook Photos

Custom photos for your scrapbook will give it a more personal touch.

So you want to create your own custom scrapbook photos? Here's your chance to. First before you even start spray painting on the photos you should make your photograph larger. Next you want to apply stickers to act as some what as a mask. Apply removable adhesive to your mask, if it isn't already sticky enough or at all. Do this before applying it directly to your photo. You need something for your work area so that it doesn't get too messy. Make sure you're in a well ventilated area and lay a drop cloth orĀ  bunch of newspaper out to cover your work area. You should spray paint very slowly and evenly until your mask is blacked out. Let the pain completely dry, then get your mask by slowly peeling it off so that you can see your photo underneath.

If you're like me and don't like overspray you can do something very simple such as applying un-du to the area with overspray on it to get it off.
