Cute Cartoon Hedgehog Gifts Cards and Calendars

Yes, there are cute cartoon hedgehog calendars on the net, but this is something else. Oliver designed these adorable hedgehog illustrations specially to feature the Hedgehog Year, but these adorable hedgehogs celebrate in the hibernarium and are aware of the human world around them. Unlike Sonic Hedgehog they are simply hedgehogs though! The original fine line anthropomorphic designs made me smile years ago and the hedgehog images were praised by a publisher - but never used....

When I discovered Zazzle I made them into a calendar myself on Oliver's behalf! This was Old Guthram's Almanac. Here you see both 2010 and the new 2011 versions. Spinewise by Mothlight is a lovely cartoon hedgehog illustration which gives rise to a whole product line on Zazzle including T-shirts, posters, mugs and cards. Here I will show just a few to give you an idea.

There is a cute cartoon hedgehog mug for each month of the year based on the images used in the calendar. These can be personalised further with names if you like. That is the beauty of Zazzle! There are also some simpler designs. The cute hedgehog mug in the centre of the bottom row uses the cover image and reminds us to think of hedgehogs all year round.

This body of this lens is exclusively about Oliver Tadpole. He is an outstanding artist and I feel he deserves recognition further afield. My other lenses feature other hedgehog art, including other cute cartoon hedgehogs, but this is an ongoing project that focuses on Oliver's Guthram Hedgehog illustrations. If you like the products here I hope you will investigate them on Zazzle, perhaps promote them elsewhere. I will be adding to them over time.
