RIGHT...

Let me introduce you to some of the gang!

Prince Charming Soft Toy Frog Pattern

Prince Charming has many adoring fans around the world, but he is still waiting for his princess kiss!

type=textMake up this cute frog pattern>> for yourself, friends, kids or colleagues. With his googly eyes and pleading expression he'll definitely get his fair share of kisses!

I like to tease and say he's a little bit "Up himself' as he NOT only has a title but NOW he is my trademark logo - he really thinks he's a bit special!

Heather the Hippo

The cuddliest Funky Friend?

type=textThis cute hippo pattern>> pattern was designed using NON-STRETCH fabrics... a real challenge for me - especially with such a 'buxom' creature! She would like everyone to know that any lines you may see are NOT fat rolls - they are puckers in her seams...

Well, who am I to burst her bubble! I think she's really cute and cuddlesome just as she is!

Lamkins Soft Toy Lamb Pattern

This Snuggly Lamb is our most popular Pattern!

type=textThis cute lamb pattern>> makes a lovely bedtime-buddy for toddlers (and even for little babies - just use safety eyes or better still, sew French knots instead of beads for the eyes.)
Lamkins is a great gift for an expectant mum. I once made a pair of lambs for a friend who was expecting twins and in true Aussie fashion, they were christened Bruce and Sheila!

Dilby Duckling Soft Toy Pattern

There's nothing ugly about this little duckling!

type=textWith his adorable pout, this cute little duckling will tug on your heartstrings. His expression says it all - "Love me!"
You could use any stretch fabric but this cute duckling pattern>> is best made from fleece for a warm cuddly feel that makes him too cute to resist.

Ellie Elephant Pattern

type=textEllie is the latest "Out of Africa" Funky Friend. He's made mainly from one colour, so he will be quick and easy for a beginner to make. Ellie looks fantastic in all sorts of bright colours, and if you want to make your elephant as a gift for a girl, Ellie also looks pretty in pink! This cute elephant pattern>> has been very popular as a baby gift - as babies love to drag him around by his trunk!"

Horsey Soft Toy Pattern

Make a horse or Unicorn!

type=textWith his fuzzy mane and perky ears This cute horse pattern will appeal to horse lovers of all ages. He can be made up in all sorts of colour variations you can make everyone's horsey with their own special look!

Horsey is still only little and he has an 'imaginary friend' Unix the UNICORN who he takes with him wherever he goes. *** a BONUS unicorn pattern is included with the Horsey pattern***

Mix and Match MONSTERS PATTERN

type=textThese Monster Plushies are NOT the scary kind - they're just a little bit cooky and very cuddly! They are also brilliant for using up scraps of fleece and they make awesome gifts for 'hard to buy for' friends, teenagers... well, kids of any age, (big kids included here too!)
This simple MONSTERS pattern will be fun to make in all sorts of colours so have fun mixing and matching!

Great Christmas Gift Idea!

Reggie is our very first Christmas Funky Friends Factory Pattern.

type=textThis cute little reindeer wants to grow up to help Santa, just like his big brother Rudolf, but he's still too little to drive a sleigh.

He's mostly made of fleece with a bit of shimmery red stretch velvet for his bright red nose. He'd make a lovely Christmas present for the children or he could be used to decorate your Christmas table. If you like sewing miniatures, you could shrink the Reindeer pattern>>pattern and sew up a few baby reindeer to use as Christmas tree decorations or stocking fillers.

*** We now have CLOTH DOLL patterns! ***

cloth doll patternsI am so excited to introduce my newest Christmas Pattern - Sugar Plum the Fairy Ballerina. One of my childhood Christmas memories is watching the 'Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy' in a production of Tchaikovsky's Ballet - The Nutcracker. She's even got removable wings and tutu for YOUR little fairy to play dress up too!
The Sugar Plum Fairy Ballerina Pattern is available as a PDF pattern.

*** We've still have Teddy Bear Patterns ***

Meet Izzy INSOMNIAC!

This cute little teddy bear and her best friend, Sleepy Sheepy, will make comforting companions while you while away the wee hours waiting for SLEEEEEEEP!!! They'd be a great middle-of-the-night-project for any INSOMNIAC!

... and FUN STUFF from SCRAPS Patterns

There are LOTS of cute things you can make from scraps... like these cute fleecey beabies and hats, dog toys, cat toys, Piggy Peg Bag, Mousepad, New Year's Resolution Post It Notes, Snugglies, Monsters... the list goes on!!!!

OK, that's just a sneak preview!

Soft Toy Making Stuff on Amazon

My favourite soft toy making books...

I just can't resist buying books about making soft toys (and I've bought a few useless ones along the way!) These are the best ones I have and I'm forever going back to them for inspiration. I know this lens is SUPPOSED to be all about MY soft toy making but ...I've added a teddy bear making book to my list! I bought it because it's the most comprehensive bear-making book I've seen and it has amazing picture instructions and easy clothes patterns.
