Off-season conditioning for cyclists
This is one of my favorite workout routines. (Except when I'm in pain because of it!) ;)
It only takes 30 minutes or so for each workout, but by the end I am sweating bullets. And I'm sore like I was just out doing intervals!
But it's worth it because my muscles, especially my lower back, are strong enough to ride for hours and climb stronger than ever.
