- What a gorgeous place. The Hill Country of Texas is a favorite of mine.
There's another Cypress Cove, near Kissimmee, FL, but it's a nudist park.

- Cypress Cove is a great place. Real Estate is rather hard to come by right now though. Sellers are holding off on selling since the market has turned to favor buyers. I'm not sure about rentals. Average cost per acre is about $12,000-15,000. There are a lot of neighborhoods developing close by too. Cypress Cove is about 35 miles north of San Antonio, Central Texas. Yes I would say these parts of Texas qualify for the kind of weather you're looking for. However, you have to like hot summers.

- Great lens! Looks like a wonderful place. I am actually considering moving to Texas, and am looking for cheap rent or real estate, open spaces, with some trees, low humidity and mild winters. Does Cypress Cove qualify? Where in Texas is it? 5 star lens!
