Minthis Hills Golf Club
The Minthis Hills Golf Club was established in 1994 on the hills of Tsada, hence you will find it still referred to as Tsada Golf Club. It is located about 20 minutes driveway from Paphos on a raised attitude of 550 metres above sea level. Being located on the ground of a 12th century monastery gives a timeless and romantic atmosphere. Sometimes even a monk may be seen in the garden. The golf course was the first grass course in Cyprus, created by Donald Steele and finished in April 1994. In 2006/2007 it got a major renovation by Mackenzie + Ebert and plays to a par 71. The elevated position ensures nice breezes, especially when playing in summer months.

Vikla Golf and Country Club
The Vikla Golf & Country Club is a family run business, nested in the hills of Vikla, about 25 km east from Limassol. Currently it is a 12-hole gold course, developing the last six holes until end of 2009, to make it a full 18-hole golf course.
During the rainy months in winter you will find the golf course's fairways quite green while during the summer, there is not much spent on water and the owner allowd the fairways to brown off. He decided to save water which is anyway scarce enough in Cyprus and thus charge less to his customers as well. Anyway, like a lot of other clubs in our climate, artificial grass mats are used for fairway shots during summer.
For the beginner, the Vikla Golf & Country Club offers a practice ground.
There is no special dress code for the Vikla Golf & Country Club.
Guests are welcome the same way as members. A maximum handicap is not stated, especially as the owner emphasizes more on the pleasure of the player than on any rules and regulations.
