- in the past i've had no problems buying an apartment in cyprus. But the biggest problem i had was getting the best rates when converting and transfering my money over there. A lot of banks charge a fee which ends up costing more. So i ended up using RationalFX as a service. After transfering money to Cyprus went through, renting an apartment was straight forward
