As a Art Director I find solutions to a given brief,.
As an arist I look within to navigate and focus my ideas.
When I work within the context of the community I feel that both aspects of problem solving and inner voice activated.
The act of bringing my talents to the table, for a charity, organisation or event that I have a passion for. Allows me to be a very small part of the change I want to see in the world.

Ideas and people
- Creating opportunities means looking at ways to put ideas and people together in unexpected ways.
- Collaborations benifit if all the partnerships are getting something out of the project.
- Art and design projects are always about problem solving, particular challenges create unique solutions.
Projects and Partnerships
Spent most of my professional life working on a variety of International projects for Conran Design Group as a creative director based first in London and later in Hong Kong. Inspired by asia I worked as the academic and artist researching cross cultural design and environmental issues relating to design .
In the last 10 years my focus is developing creative projects and partnerships that make connections within public, private and social sector. In 2003 I became Fellow of the Kings Fund. Awarded by the R H Tony Blair for individual leadership and achievement within the community. I am Fellow UnLtd, and the Chartered Society of Designers.
In addition to working as a visual artist I am Marketing Manager at Skylark gallery an artists run gallery and social enterprise in the Southbank's Oxo tower. Currently deliver a portfolio of projects Clients include; The Brithish Library, Create KX, CAN (The community Action Network), Lyndon's Art Trust and Brent Council,
I also run Professional Practice Seminars' for Artists and Designers.
