4-5 Potatoes, chopped and diced
1/2 pkg. Bacon chopped in halves or fourths
2 eggs
Here's what you do:
Fry potatoes in a little bit of vegetable or olive oil So they don't stick until nearly tender. Add bacon, cook until almost done. Crack eggs (without the shells) over everything. Cook until eggs are done. Serve!

- Sounds good. My wife make something similar but with green peppers and onions instead of the bacon. She is vegetarian though.
