Here's how to do it:
1. You can try abdominal tapping either standing or sitting. If you choose standing, place your feet shoulder-width apart and bend your knees slightly.
2. Make loose fists with your hands and use them to gently tap the area just below your navel. Remember to modulate your breathing, taking deep, slow breaths in and out.
3. This first time around, try tapping your abdomen around 100 times consecutively. Don't overdo it! For now, tap your belly softly enough that you don't need to flex your abs.
4. As you get used to the exercise, you can try tightening your stomach muscles and tapping a little harder.
