Yes, I'm a walker. I've always enjoyed taking a walk. For me it is a great stress reliever. I love the fun way you've pointed out the benefits of walking in this lens. Blessed by the Healthy Living Sr. Citizens neighborhood Squid Angel.

Definitely! I walk everyday for an hour or more for the last 15 years. It's agreat way to relax and unwind from the day, meet new people and get exercise.

There is some really interesting information on walking here. Maybe I should go for a walk next time I am looking around for that fountain of youth :)

I also walk to relax AND to get my creative juices flowing for whatever writing project I'm working on. Something about the action of the feet, the legs, the arms and the fresh air inspires me and gives me ideas. My dog loves me for it, too!

I don't drive -- that right there goes a long way to making me a walker, but there are quite a few benefits to it.

Walking is on my daily "to-do" list, and I always feel better afterwards, but it's so hard to get myself motivated by myself. I guess I need to find a 'walking partner' to encourage me. Really well done lens. Thanks for the 'walking' reminder. Maybe I'll go out and walk now - :-). 5*

Well I am adding a nice long walk to my routine very soon as I have been on a mission to get into great shape and have a really nice caboose! ;)

What a great lens! I find I do my best thinking while walking. Today I picked up a second hand twin baby jogger, so now I can walk with my 4 yr old and 1 yr old with me. Will keep my brain active too, cos my 4 yr old will fire questions at me every step of the journey!

I love walking and I do it every single day. For those of us prone to osteoporosis it's a good idea to begin the habit of being active when we're very young. What we eat can improve bone density as does our activity...but it begins as our bones are first forming. Great lens.

I'm doing this!...had that annual physical/lecture and "your fat, get off your ____" speech from my doctor recently...so as of 2 weeks ago I've added a 30 min brisk treadmill trek to my daily routine...I have the t-shirt that says "been here done this before" but fell off the treadmill wagon and into a tub of double chocolate chip cookie dough (oh that sounds nice doesn't it?)

Anyway, will let you know how it goes (my DH and SIL have already lost tons by doing this 1 little thing!)...thanks for this inspirational lens! Yes I can! yes I can...yes I can! :o)

Yes, I walk daily (although it's not quite as much fun as it used to be - I have a muscle disease :o) Wonderful idea for a lens and I love your photographs (they are absolutely beautiful!)

I love to walk, but I must admit that I am a fair weather walker. Now that the warm weather is here, I will walk any day it isn't raining! Great lens, and great motivation! 5*
