When did it all started?

When did you start dieting? Can you remember? I was at the tender age of 14, I cannot remember having the desire to be thin or I don't think I understood the concept of continuous weight loss programmes but I think the only thing I knew is that I wanted to be smaller. This might have stemmed from the constant pressure from family. I don't think my own friends were at age of maturity to dissuade me from food or pressurise me into getting fit or living a healthy lifestyle. My motto now is to say no to Dieting and say YES to D.I E.T program

That is why I want to introduce you to D.I. E. T- Daily Information Eating Tips. I want to initially inspire you and motivate you to first be comfortable with yourself and celebrate your body. God Bless you with. You do yourself a greater harm if you have negative body images.This thought process is not going to happen overnight and that is why I am here to help. If you don't get his part right, even if you are discipline enough you might be successful but it will onlt be up the slippery road of success and down the other side of failure and maybe a heavier person.

What happens when you diet



1) Food Deprivation Causes you to desire that "Forbidden" food,and may cause you to binge when you stop dieting
Plain and simple, if we have something in abundance it does not become the obessive object of your desire.
How many times have you started a diet and you soon as you stared, you start having fantasies about the meals that you maybe missing out on.

2) Tell the truth, you are allot bigger than when you first started dieting. I started out as I said at the page of 14 and I probably was 12 stone at the most which isn;t that bad for a 5 foot 9 individual, I realise that now, but according to the Weight watcher Charts I was overweight, despite being fit. That was just the beginning as slowly my weight crept up to 21 stones, a massive achievement for my 20 years

3) Developing unusual Cravings
Can you name the new and unusual craving that develop during and after dieting, I can name every brand of cookie I have tried or new type of chocolate. I have been guilty of going through a large tin of Quality Street just leaving the one that I didn't like...that was very disciplined of me.

4) Return of the Forbidden Food
We start creating a list of good and bad. We end up having such a comprehensive list we get confused with every fad and fashion of diet. Sometimes these scientific Scientist are sometimes sponsored by major food companies, so don't be suprised if we see the Pizza Hut Diet because we have had McDonald Salad.

6) Crash Diet Will kill you
Desperate time cause us to reach for desperate measures. Crash Diet can create instant results and to achieve our goals but what looks nice on the outside may not be pretty in the inside. These kind of diets cause ravenous hunger, dizziness spells amongst other things I participated in one where I lost allot of hair and my hair became thinner and my flesh felt like jelly Also as you lose it is as fast as put it back on and twice more
We got all kind of excuses for not starting today such as "I will start tomorrow" of "I had a good work out so I can afford to eat this "That just to name a few but this"

7) Slimmer You does not mean new you
You may look good in you slimmer season but the whatever issues you were dealing with is not going to be lost with you body fat
