Keeping Daily Gratitude a Part of Daily Life

It helps to stay focused on the positive that happens in your day. Having an attitude of gratitude will help you stay healthier, more positive, and help attract more good things to come into your life.

Using Gratitude and the Law of Attraction go together like ice cream and apple pie. 

Some of the people who have inspired me with their teachings about gratitude.

Dr. Wayne Dyer, Jack Canfield, Oprah, Ester Hicks, (abraham) are just a few that I have learned from and been inspired to keep gratitude at the top of my daily priorities.

    We don't always know what type of an impact we leave on those we interact with during the day. A simple smile, or kind gesture can change someone who might be having a bad day into a better one, or even lift their spirits just a bit. You don't always know when your actions make a big impact, so you want to look for every chance you get to be able to do something thoughtful and nice for the people you spend time with in a day's journey.
  • Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude.

    This quote is from a quy I really admire. It was his self motivation series, "The Psychology of Winners" that motivated me to go back to college at the age of 35.

    As described in the movie, "The Secret" it is being grateful in each moment and enjoying it that we bring more of that same kind of joy and happiness into our lives.

    I have found that to be so true. Even if you can catch yourself in a negative thinking mode, and switch it to something positive, you will be able to change your outlook on the event quickly.

This is a really cool video with 11 ways to incorporate the Law of Attraction into your life. 

One of them, of course is being grateful.
