The Dalai Lama on Blu Ray

The only blueray movie related to the Dalai Lama I could find was this classic: Seven Years in Tibet. Though it is only sideways related to His Holiness, he does figure in it. This movie gives a reasonably historically correct idea of Tibet before and shortly after the Chinese occupation.

It is also simply a very inspirational and moving story.

As always you're a great resource, i'm almost done with "The Spiritual Brain" which has become and ongoing topic of conversation between me and my husband. he is writing a book concerning the similar ideas from a psychological point of view. It's called "love, mysticism and psychotherapy" In short, it's his brand of psychotherapy versus materialists. Sorry for digressing.
