SPIRITUAL QUOTES AND WISDOM

HOPE AND PRAYER

THERE IS NO REASON TO GIVE UP HOPE, BECAUSE WE HAVE THIS MARVELOUS INTELLIGENCE. BECAUSE OF THIS INTELLIGENCE WE ALSO HAVE A CERTAIN POSITIVE POTENTIAL.

I PRAY FOR ALL OF US, OPPRESSOR AND FRIEND, THAT TOGETHER WE SUCCEED IN BUILDING A BETTER WORLD THROUGH HUMAN UNDERSTANDING AND LOVE, AND THAT IN DOING SO WE MAY REDUCE THE PAIN AND SUFFERING OF ALL SENTIENT BEINGS.

YOGA

These days, Yogic exercises have become very popular in the modern world... and this is precisely because many people have found that through yoga they can achieve a degree of physical health that leads to better mental health. the approach that is suggested by the lo jong teaching is slightly different, however. They concentrate directly on the development of the mind itself, through the transformation of our attitudes and ways of thinking.

Looked forward and more

I have long looked forward to the time when we could devise a political system, suited both to our traditions and to the demands of the modern world. A democracy that has nonviolence and peace at its roots.

The impermanence of this present life will force you to leave all wealth behind, but by giving it away, you can take it with you as good karma.

The key to a happier world is the growth of compassion. We do not need to become religious, nor do we need to believe in an ideology. All that is necessary is for each of us to develop our good human qualities.

Nature is beautiful in so many ways.

HEY LEAVE ME A NOTE!

I CAN TAKE IT THE GOOD AND THE BAD!!

JUST TYPE WHAT YOU FEEL AND TELL THE WORLD!
EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT YOU...
