We have to agree with Oprah, Dale & Thomas Popcorn is the best! Just hearing "chocolate chunk and caramel" makes my mouth water! Customer service is very important to them and when they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they mean it. We order popcorn from Dale & Thomas quite often, both for ourselves and for gifts. There has only been one time when the popcorn wasn't perfect and all it took was one phone call to customer service and the very next day there was a replacement tin delivered to our front door!
