Dalek vs. Cybermen
4 Daleks vs. 4 million Cybermen and the Daleks would win so obviously the Daleks are better
Daleks
The Daleks were originally known as Kaleds they were mutated into squid like creatures by a nuclear war between the Kaleds and the Thals on Skaro the lead scientist of the Kaleds Davros built the Mark 3 travel devise to allow the mutated Kaleds to move around. The Mark 3 travel devise is made out of Dalekenium and is equipped with a powerful gun that will instantly kill anyone it is fired at the globes on the side contain explosive charges that can be used for offense or self destruct they have tow kinds of shields one that melts bullets and one that is used for energy weapons there are very few weapons that can kill a Dalek. The Daleks were almost destroyed during the Great Time War between the Daleks and the Timelords one Dalek survived and was captured by humans the Dalek Emperor escaped with a small fleet of Dalek ships and Cult Skaro escaped into the Void with the Genesis Ark on a Void ship. Cult Skaro is a group of four Daleks Sec, Thay, Jast, and Caan that were built to think like their enemy's and think of new battle strategies. Near the end of the Time War Cult Skaro was sent into the the Void with the Genesis Ark to survive if the Daleks lost. Cult Skaro was destroyed and Caan was the only surviver he used the emergency temporal shift to randomly teleport somewhere in the universe so the the Doctor could not follow him then went back to the Time War to bring back Davros. Davros
Davros is the lead scientist of the Kaleds and the creator of the Daleks. Davros was partly mutated by the radiation on Skaro and rides in the bottom part of a Mark 3 travel devise. Davros was killed in the Time War and was brought back by Caan. Skaro
Skaro is the planet the Daleks are from. It is the twelfth planet in its soler system. It is a wasteland that has been polluted by radiation from the war between the Kaleds and the Thals it was destroyed in the Time War. Genesis of the Daleks
The Doctor is sent to Skaro by the Time Lords to stop the creation of the Daleks.The Doctor meets Davros the lead scientist of the Kaleds who built the Daleks. Some of the scientist believe that the Dalek are evil and try to stop Davros from building them but the Daleks believe that they are the supreme beings and exterminate the scientist and Davros. The Daleks return to Skaro to get Davros to build them new Daleks that can win the war between the Daleks and another race of androids called the Movellans. The Movellans capture the Doctor to make him build more Movellans to beat the Daleks. Davros sends a group of Daleks to the Movellan ship to blow it up. The Daleks' prisoners escape and attack the Movellans. The Doctor goes back into the Dalek City to stop Davros and sets off the bombs on the Daleks. Then Davros is placed in cryogenic suspension and taken to Earth to stand trial. Dalek
The Doctor goes to a alien museum the owner of the museum says he has only one living alien the Doctor discovers that it is a Dalek. When Rose touches the Dalek it reactivates and escapes but the Dalek is not as hostile as the other Daleks and self destructs. Cybermen
There are tow armys of Cybermen one from the planet Mondas and one from a parallel universe.The Cybermen from Mondas look like humans that are made out of metal and wear armer they have powerful weapons the ones from the parallel universe were made by John Lumic to live longer there armer is attached to them and there guns are attached to there arms they can also electrocute people by touching them. John Lumic is the creator of the Cybermen from the parallel universe and the head of Cybus Industries. Mondas
Mondas is the planet that the Cybermen are from it is the Earth twin planet. Attack of the Cybermen
The Doctor goes to Earth in 1985 to trace a distress call from Lytton who previously worked for the Daleks. The Cybermen capture the Tardis to make Halley's Comet crash into Earth instead of Mondas. Lytton is helping the Cryons to steal the Tardis from the Cybermen. Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel
The Doctor goes to a parallel universe where the Cybermen are created on Earth. John Lumic created the Cybermen to live longer and is terning all human being into Cybermen. YOUR TURN!

In Doomsday where 4 Daleks did battle against 4 mill. Cybermen, the Daleks were on the verge of winning, because they could fly. If Doctor Who hadn't intervened I think the Daleks would have won.
Also, in the episode The Dalek, that one flew up and down stairs no problem!
